Karbon for Clients is now available for all customers, empowering accounting firms to provide their clients with a seamless, branded portal experience that enhances collaboration and streamlines communication.

This release includes:

• Real-time updates and smart notifications: Keep clients informed with progress updates and automated alerts delivered via email, push notifications (coming soon), or in-app notifications, ensuring no critical details are missed.

• Enhanced task management: Provide clients with clear visibility into shared work pulled from Karbon, with urgent client tasks prominently displayed for immediate attention.

• Secure file sharing and document management: Enable clients to securely share files, upload documents, and access sensitive data through organized Karbon workflows, eliminating the need for less secure email attachments.

• Integrated eSignatures and approvals: Simplify the signing and approval process with easy access to signed agreements, allowing clients to complete transactions directly within the portal.

• Customizable, branded experience: Strengthen client trust by personalizing portals with your firm's logo and colors, creating a cohesive brand experience that reinforces your professional identity.

• Mobile accessibility: Clients can download the Karbon for Clients app from the Google Play Store or App Store for convenient mobile access to all portal features.

• Enterprise-grade security: Protect client data with magic link authentication, optional two-factor authentication, and device-specific access controls that exceed email security standards.

Karbon Admins can enable Karbon for Clients from the Client Portal section of your Karbon Settings. 

Customize your portal with your firm's branding, configure notification preferences, and begin inviting clients to experience the enhanced collaboration capabilities.
