The repeat work feature has been replaced with a scheduler
You can now schedule work to repeat forever (or a specific end date).   

Want to start using a schedule for work you previously created using the repeat work feature? 
Delete any previously created work, then set up a scheduler on the current piece of work you’d like to have repeating.
