Billing and Payments Update

Karbon Billing and Payments is currently being beta tested and will be released to all customers later this year.

Invoice activity with commenting

An invoice activity section has been added to each invoice to ensure all actions performed on an invoice are recorded and transparent. Expanding the section will allow you to comment on the invoice and when you @mention a colleague, they will be notified via Triage.

Remove work items from unbilled

Stay focused on work items that need to be billed. You now have the option to hide work items that don’t need to be invoiced and remove them from the unbilled screen.

Branding settings

Every invoice you send is a branding opportunity. We’ve added a 'branding' section to Settings where you can upload your firm’s logo and apply a few touches so invoices are branded to your firm.

Filter unbilled by ‘Bill to’

‘Bill to contacts’ has been added to the filter list for the unbilled screen. You can enter one or multiple ‘bill to contacts’ to focus your search and increase relevancy by reducing the clutter.
