A better way to write emails in Karbon
Karbon's email editor has been rebuilt from the ground up, giving you the formatting control and consistency you'd expect from a modern communication tool — without leaving your workflow.
Whether you're sending a client update, an engagement letter, or an internal note, the new rich text editor makes it easy to write polished, professional emails directly in Karbon.
What you can do with the new editor:
Format text with bullet and numbered lists, and precise font size control
Resize images inline as you compose
Insert tables directly in the editor
URLs and email addresses auto-link as you type
Set a default font, size, and color for all outgoing emails firm-wide
Works seamlessly with Grammarly and other browser-based writing tools
Consistent emails across your whole firm
The new font formatting settings page lets firm administrators define a default look and feel for all outgoing emails — so every message that leaves your firm reflects the same professional standard, without relying on individuals to remember to format correctly.
