Billing and Payments beta

Karbon Billing and Payments is currently being beta tested and will be released to all customers later this year.

If you would like to be part of the beta testing group, please sign up now. 

Your clients will now be able to view their invoices by clicking on a magic link.

Note: A magic link is a unique URL that allows your client to view the information they need. Magic links are also how your clients access client requests.

When you send an invoice through Karbon, we have added a 'View Invoice' button to the email. Clients will be able to easily see the details of the invoice, including the amount due (which will change based on how much is left to pay online). 

In an upcoming release, we will add the ability for your clients to pay through the magic link.

We have made additional improvements to the WIP report:

• Fixed Fee work will remain on the WIP until the work is marked as complete and has had its final invoice. 

• Client time and expenses added directly to the client will now appear in all three tabs in the report.
