What’s available in this integration?

  • Two-way contact sync: Import client details from QBOA to Karbon, or push Karbon contact information to QBOA to ensure client data accuracy in both systems without manual data entry.

  • Automatic one-way invoice sync: Create and send invoices in Karbon and see these invoices synced instantaneously to QBOA.

  • Automatic two-way payment sync: Collect payments with Karbon and have payment information synced in seconds on Karbon invoices in QBOA. Or, record payments in QBOA and sync those details automatically to Karbon.

  • Built-in error management: Automatic, in-app alerts that pinpoint syncing errors for you to resolve, so you can keep things moving forward.

How does this integration benefit your firm?

  • Eliminate manual data entry: Auto-sync contacts, invoices, and payments to save hours manually entering and maintaining information in both systems.

  • Bill in context: Bill in Karbon to gain the context of work scope, time spent, budgets, utilization, and realization while enjoying the robust capabilities of QBOA as a general ledger.

  • Make data-backed decisions: When you bill in context, you can answer critical questions like “Who’s my most profitable client/employee and what are my most profitable services?” and make informed decisions about pricing, compensation, or service expansion.
