Organizers and binders powered by StanfordTax are now available for US tax firms using Karbon, giving them a more accurate, automated and organized start to tax preparation.

StanfordTax pulls data directly from tax software backups to build thousands of tax organizers in minutes. The detailed, personalized organizers are deployed directly from Karbon using automators and accessed by clients through a magic link or logging in to the Karbon for Clients portal.

Clients receive a modern, guided questionnaire experience, while your team benefits from auto-organized workpaper binders and tracking within Karbon.

Getting started

To begin using organizers and binders:

Connect your accounts
You’ll need an active StanfordTax account and administrator access in both Karbon and StanfordTax to set up the integration.
Activate Karbon for Clients
Organizers are delivered through the client portal. Your clients can quickly set up Karbon for Clients access via magic link if they don't have access already.
Activate the integration
Go to Karbon Settings > Connected Apps to connect StanfordTax.
