For new Karbon customers
Karbon + Xero Promo Offer Terms (for NEW Karbon Customers): To be eligible for the offer described below you must successfully complete all of the following conditions by June 30, 2025 (the “Conditions”): (i) complete the promotional sign-up form above and accept these terms & conditions, (ii) enter into an annual (or multi-year) Karbon US Business or Enterprise subscription contract (“Karbon Contract”), (iii) enroll in (or already be enrolled in), and be in good standing with, the Xero Partner Program and (iv) enroll at least 10 new, or upgrade 10 existing Partner Edition organizations to, Business Edition organizations to your Xero account within 60 days of signing the Karbon Contract (as verified by Xero).
If you sign up for a one year Karbon subscription, then upon confirmation of your satisfaction of the Conditions, (i) you will receive a credit in an amount equal to three months of your average Karbon subscription price (up to a maximum of $6,000) to your Karbon account within 90 days, (ii) 50% off of a Guided Implementation package ($1,999), and (iii) if you are not an existing Xero user, then you can receive a 95% discount on a US Xero Business Edition subscription for the first 6 months after joining the Xero Partner Program.
If you sign up for a multi-year Karbon subscription, then upon confirmation of your satisfaction of the Conditions, (i) you will receive a credit in an amount equal to three months of your average Karbon subscription price (up to a maximum of $6,000) to your Karbon account within 90 days, (ii) you will receive another credit in an amount equal to three months of your average Karbon subscription price (up to a maximum of $6,000) to your Karbon account within 30 days after the end of the 15th month of your Karbon subscription, (iii) 75% off of a Guided Implementation package ($999), and (iv) if you are not an existing Xero user, then you can receive a 95% discount on a US Xero Business Edition subscription for the first 6 months after joining the Xero Partner Program.

For existing Karbon customers
Karbon + Xero Promo Offer Terms (for EXISTING Karbon Customers): To be eligible for the offer described below, you must successfully complete all of the following conditions by June 30, 2025 (the “Conditions”): (i) complete the promo sign-up form above and accept these terms & conditions (the “Promotion Form”), (ii) have an active, and in good standing, Karbon US Business or Enterprise subscription, (iii) enroll in (or already be enrolled in), and in good standing with, the Xero Partner Program and (iv) enroll at least 10 new, or upgrade 10 existing Partner Edition organizations to, 10 Business Edition organizations to your Xero account within 60 days of completing the Promotion Form (as verified by Xero).
Upon confirmation of your satisfaction of the Conditions, (i) you will receive a credit in an amount equal to your average Karbon monthly subscription price between April 28, 2025 and June 30, 2025 (up to a maximum of $6,000) to your Karbon account within 90 days, and (ii) if you are not an existing Xero user, then you can receive a 95% discount on a US Xero Business Edition subscription for the first 6 months after joining the Xero Partner Program.
