What you can do
When clients complete a Cognito form, submitted data flows straight into Karbon. Contacts and Organizations are updated or created, Notes are generated, and new Work can be created based on defined rules. Forms can also be prefilled with existing Karbon data and triggered automatically from Work templates to keep internal workflows accurate.
- Automated data capture and sync: Form submissions update or create Karbon Contacts, Organizations, and custom fields without manual entry.
- Workflow-driven form automation: Prefilled form links can be triggered from Karbon work items, and new work can be created automatically based on submissions or field conditions.
