Use Karbon AI to instantly get up-to-speed on your team’s latest interactions and activity with a client.

The Summarize option at the top of your contact timeline will now give you a complete summary of work, invoices, and client requests for that client. This is in addition to the existing communication summary.

Whether you want to get up-to-speed before going into a client meeting, or just want a quick status check, this is a great way to get an overview of a particular client without wasting time sifting through client jobs, email, or billing data.

After a short beta release, the ability to reassign work items in bulk is now available to all customers. This means that when a change happens, you can reassign tasks, automators, and budgets on multiple work items at once.

To update work assignees across multiple work items, go to the list view in Work and add your desired filters to narrow down your work items. Then, select any number of work items to be updated and follow instructions to reassign tasks, automators, and other applicable fields to new colleagues.

In addition to reassigning work in bulk, you have the option to create new work in bulk. Now, when you schedule multiple work items to repeat, you can choose an end date rather than having them repeat indefinitely.

Mistakes happen. Create a credit note from a sent invoice and decide whether to write off or return the work and time to unbilled. You can then apply the credit as a payment to other invoices.

You can now choose between English and Français (French) as your default language in Account Settings.

Most of the language you see in Karbon is controlled by your browser preferences, and this won’t change. However, certain aspects of Karbon, including the date style in scheduled work item names, are controlled by your Karbon language settings. More aspects of Karbon will be controlled by this setting in the future.
