Client Questions and AI Document Validation are now available in Aider's Period Close Automation, making it easier to request information from clients, keep conversations in context, and get the right documents back the first time.

Client Questions lets your team raise a question directly from a transaction inside Period Close, with full context attached. Clients respond through the Karbon for Clients portal, and every reply returns to the transaction it belongs to, giving your team the context they need without leaving the checklist.

AI Document Validation compares uploaded documents against what was requested, helping clients catch incorrect uploads before they're submitted.

Here's what's new:

• Keep every conversation connected to the relevant transaction

• Queue questions into a single end-of-day email, send immediately, or schedule delivery

• Track question status from draft through to resolved
