Prioritize contacts
Some clients need extra attention, and now you can make that crystal clear in Karbon. Assign priority levels to your contacts and filter your contact list accordingly, so you can always focus on high-value clients and make informed decisions based on priority.
By default, priority levels are low, medium, and high, but are fully customizable in Settings. The priority field can be edited for a contact from Segments. In future, you will be able to leverage the field in more places across Karbon.

Bulk reassign automators by role
Reassigning work just got a whole lot easier.
While previously you could bulk reassign tasks and budgets by role, automators could only be reassigned from one specific colleague to another. Now you can reassign tasks, budgets, and automators by role all at the same time.
This update also allows you to reassign automators that don’t have an assigned role, saving time and reducing manual effort.
Send eSignature and Approval requests to colleagues
Need a colleague to sign a document? You can now add colleagues as signers in your eSignature and Approval workflow, making internal collaboration simpler.

Send a single eSignature or Approval request to multiple parties, including internal colleagues.
Receive signature request notifications in Triage.
Simplify approvals and use Approvals for internal workflows.
New Google Drive integration (beta)
The Karbon and Google Drive integration is now in beta, and ready to help you effortlessly store and manage documents between the two platforms.

What this integration does:
Seamless syncing: Link Google Drive folders to Karbon work items and contacts.
Auto-copy: Files in Karbon Storage automatically sync to connected Google Drive folders on work items.
Flexible file management: Upload, rename, download, and organize files in Google Drive from Karbon.
Recurring work automation: Automatically create Google Drive folders for recurring work items.

Collect on imported AR and apply credit notes
In the last release, we added the AR Import tool to Karbon Billing to help you onboard and migrate unpaid invoices and credit notes to Karbon with ease.
Now, you can collect payments on these imported, open invoices and apply credit notes to future invoices to ensure every dollar is accounted for in Karbon during the transition.
