Karbon prepares a renewal draft on your configured lead time: between 1 and 365 days before the engagement ends, ready for your review and approval before it goes to the client. You can also run bulk renewals across up to 500 engagements at a time, with controls for applying price increases consistently across the batch.

Yes. From the Contacts view, you can create draft engagements across client segments like individual tax or partnership tax clients, or your full client list in one action. Each draft is created as a starting point—your team completes and sends them individually.
