Starting today, Engagements is available in your Karbon account. More than a standalone proposal or engagement letter tool, it connects every signed agreement to the work, billing, and payments that follow.

What you can do with Engagements:

• Build reusable engagement templates that accelerates client onboarding

• Create engagements in bulk using your full client list or specific client segments

• Collect client payment details during signing

• Turn each signed engagement into scoped work (one time or recurring) with teams and deadlines assigned

• Automate recurring invoicing, issue invoices on your schedule, and collect on the terms you set

• Reprice, roll forward, or renew each year from the engagements already in Karbon

If you’re a billing admin, you’ll see a new Engagements tab in your navigation menu when you log in. If you’re not, you can request access from your account admins.
