Today we have released the following updates to Karbon:

Client owner

If there is a specific person in your practice who looks after a client relationship, that staff member can be marked as the Client owner from the new Client team section of a Contact’s detail tab.

The Client owner will flow through to all work created for that Contact, allowing you to use the Kanban board to filter and view all work for that Client owner.

Removing emails from timelines

If an email is attached to the wrong Work or Contact timeline, you can now quickly remove it by clicking X from the email’s timeline tray.

Even more email formatting

We have updated the formatting again. You can now add indentation to your emails or notes, and you have a new colour palette to choose from.
