eSignatures & Approvals are now available for all customers, empowering accounting firms to collect digital signatures and client approvals directly within Karbon workflows.
This release includes:
Streamlined document collection: Request and collect eSignatures or approvals efficiently without switching tools, ensuring a smoother client interaction and faster turnaround times.
Flexible approvals: Clients can mark documents as approved with a simple click, expediting processes where a full signature isn’t required.
Tracking and notifications: Monitor progress with real-time activity stamps and receive Triage notifications when actions like approvals or eSignatures are completed.
Automated client reminders: Configure automatic reminders for outstanding requests to keep projects moving forward.
Client portal integration: Recipients can securely review and approve or sign documents via the Karbon client portal. They also have access to view completed requests and download signed files.

How to get started with eSignatures & Approvals
Karbon Admins can start a free trial from the eSignatures and Approvals section of your Karbon Settings. This is also where you can purchase eSignature credits, selecting the number of signature requests that best fits your firm’s needs.
