To make it easier for those new to Karbon, we have released a new Getting Started Dashboard and added additional workflow templates for Australian customers.

Getting Started Dashboard

New users will now be greeted by a Dashboard outlining recommended steps to quickly get acquainted with Karbon. The Quick Start Guide provides videos, links to training, instructions for importing data, and other recommended steps to get started with Karbon quickly and painlessly.

Australian Process Templates

New Australian customers will now benefit from a pre-installed collection of workflow templates. These templates will cover best practices for common tax, compliance, accounting, bookkeeping procedures, and more.

This is in addition to workflow templates already provided for new customers in many other regions including United States, Canada, and United Kingdom.

Other updates

• The Add to Work and Add to Contact modals have been updated to make them easier and clearer to use
