Today we've released the following updates to Karbon:

Unassigning tasks

You can now unassign tasks, notes and emails with the new “Unassign” link next to an assignee’s name.

Order of global search results

Based on customer feedback, we have changed the order your Global search results display. Now, when you’re viewing all results, Contacts and Work will appear above emails.

Email disconnected indicator

If your Office 365, Gmail or Microsoft Exchange account needs to be reconnected, a banner will appear across the top of Karbon, letting you know how to reconnect. Previously this banner was only visible when you were in Triage.

Karbon on your mobile phone

We have resolved some display issues to improve your experience when you’re using Karbon on your mobile browser.
