Today we have released the following updates:

Email attachments size increased to 25 MB

The size limit of attached documents has been increased from 5 MB to 25 MB per email so you can send much larger documents from Karbon.

Accounting details on contact profiles

Basic accounting details now display on the details tab of contact profiles so you can access information faster.

Bulk update checklist statuses

Checklist statuses can now be updated in bulk for all items in a section. To do this choose ‘change status’ from the triple-dot menu on the section heading.

Templates

Based on customer feedback, work templates in your practice settings now display in alphabetical order rather than in order of most used template.
