This template supports the process of reminding New Zealand clients to make their PAYE (Pay As You Earn) tax payments.

The workflow includes a single reminder task for the team, with a corresponding automated Client Requeste task to notify them of the amount due and the payment deadline. Client Requests are pre-filled with placeholders for the amount and due date, which can be easily updated.

The process uses automation to assign the reminder to the appropriate team member and set the due date based on the client’s PAYE schedule.
