About this template
This is Karbon's best practice process for onboarding UK clients when using Karbon-integrated apps GoProposal and Xama.
The work template will be generated once a proposal is signed for a new client in GoProposal.
The work goes through the following stages:
- Kick-off / setup
- Prep
- Follow-up
- Completed
The roles involved in completing the work are: Partner (initial work assignee), Onboarding Specialist, Client Manager, Admin. The overall ownership of the work changes as the work progresses between the roles involved.
Work stages and roles are both customisable.
The template includes best practice automation to ensure the following are clear:
- Which tasks are ready to be worked on (i.e. task status)
- What the status of work is at any time (so you can get real-time work dashboards)
- Who is responsible for the work and tasks
- The priority of work and tasks
The start date for the work is the date the engagement is signed. The due date of the work is 4 weeks later.
