Lachlan leads a global marketing team that is responsible for driving awareness and demand for Karbon and delivering value through world-leading thought leadership. Coming from senior positions in professional service, sport and non-profit industries before joining Karbon in year 1, Lachlan has a proven record of helping businesses grow through results-driven marketing.

Sara has been leading product teams for well over a decade. She was one of Xero’s early employees in 2007, and responsible for teams building sales, support & operational systems, as well as a global product scalable to millions of customers. Her projects have received numerous awards including three Webbys.

Amelia is passionate about creating agile processes that ultimately better-serve Karbon users through product updates and feature releases. Beginning her career as an educator, she enjoys seeing the skills she developed as a teacher serve her in her current role.

Dave enjoys solving problems to help accounting firms save time, allowing them to focus on what matters. He’s currently working with the product and engineering teams to build Karbon’s Billing and Payments.

Stuart works alongside Amelia and Dave in product at Karbon. With a technical bent, his focus is extending the capabilities of Karbon though integrations to other partnering products and our public API.

Cleo works alongside Dave on Karbon's Billing and Payments feature. She enjoys creating useful products that help accounting firms leverage Karbon further and adding features that are a joy to use.

Simon leads Karbon’s data products with a focus on improving operational efficiency and growing firms. AI powered practice management is an exciting future that he is working to bring to all Karbon firms.
