About this template

This template outlines the core workflow for preparing and filing Canadian T4A and T5018 slips.

The process follows these stages: Collect Info, Prep, Review, Approve, File, Send to Client, and Confirm Filing.

Tasks guide the collection of subcontractor or recipient data, slip preparation, internal review, client approval, and filing with the CRA. Final steps ensure clients receive completed forms and filing is confirmed.
