To help us achieve our objective of building the world’s vital operating system for accounting firms, meet the needs of our customers and shape the future of the industry, we are expanding our Karbon Customer Council (KCC) and are accepting applications through Jan 12, 2024.
The council is a diverse rotational advisory group made up of leading accounting professionals who will provide advice, feedback and industry insights to the Karbon team, helping to innovate and test new functionality and key initiatives, and take part in Council events.
Its core purpose is to ensure Karbon is aligned with the needs of customers, and the future of the industry through connectivity and community.
What does being a Karbon Customer Council member involve?
Becoming a member of the KCC involves a 1-2 year commitment to participating in live and remote events and activities, including:
Quarterly strategy meetings led by the Karbon team
Providing product feature and initiative feedback (pre-launch, during beta launch, and post-launch)
Involvement with Karbon Community

Q: What is the time commitment required of a KCC member?
A: We estimate that KCC members will spend 2-3 hours a quarter meeting virtually with key Karbon staff, prepping for Council calls and completing pre-work when appropriate.
