To determine the list, Great Place to Work® UK analysed the responses of UK-based tech employees to their research-backed Trust Index© employee survey. The surveys evaluated companies on their ability to support work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety, and financial security, as well as consistency of employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

Key findings from the survey include:

  • 93% of employees at the UK’s Best Workplaces for Tech say “I’m proud to tell others I work here” compared to a UK average for the sector of 69%.

  • 87% of employees at the UK’s Best Workplaces for Tech say “I want to work here for a long time” compared to a UK average for the sector of 67%.
