Sara Goepel
Chief Product Officer, Karbon

Sara has been leading product teams for the past 20 years. She was one of Xero’s early employees in 2007, and responsible for teams building sales, support and operational systems, as well as a global product scalable to millions of customers. Sara has been with Karbon since the start, and has been instrumental in building the Karbon product into what it has become.

Amelia Freeman
Senior Product Manager, Karbon

Amelia is passionate about creating agile processes that ultimately better-serve Karbon users through product updates and feature releases. Beginning her career as an educator, she enjoys seeing the skills she developed as a teacher serve her in her current role.

Stuart King
Senior Product Manager, Karbon

Stuart works alongside Amelia and Dave in product at Karbon. With a technical bent, his focus is extending the capabilities of Karbon though integrations to other partnering products and our public API.

Dave George
Group Product Manager, Karbon

Dave enjoys solving problems to help accounting firms save time, allowing them to focus on what matters. He’s currently working with the product and engineering teams to build Karbon’s Billing and Payments.

Logan Baillie
Product Manager, Karbon

Logan understands the challenges of consolidating organizational data and enabling data-driven decision making across the various levels of the business. He is passionate about providing solutions through Karbon Practice Intelligence (KPI) that allow leaders to focus on what matters.

Pax Zwanikken
VP of Design, Karbon

Pax brings over 15 years of experience in digital product design and branding, including working with acclaimed design agencies DNA and Euro RSCG and as an early member of the Xero team where he helped design Xero’s brand and multi award winning online accounting product.

Dee Johns
Director of Product Marketing, Karbon
