• Which clients or team members have the highest volume of aged WIP?
• How has my WIP aging changed across months or reporting periods?
• Are specific services, teams, or work types consistently contributing to older WIP?
• (Coming soon) How is AR aging across clients, and where should collection efforts be focused?

About the Aging Dashboard

The Aging Dashboard equips your firm with the visibility needed to manage your unbilled work effectively and proactively. It supports better decision-making around billing, workload planning, and client management.

On the Aged WIP page, you can quickly understand:

• Total WIP balance, including WIP outside your defined target age.
• Oldest age of outstanding items, giving you a high-level indicator of billing risk.
• Historical aging trends, showing how WIP has progressed across months using standardized aging buckets (0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 90+).
• Detailed aging by colleague, client, role, or work type.
• Aged WIP as at the end of the current or any prior month.
