Sara has been with Karbon since the start, and has been instrumental in building the Karbon product into what it has become.

Coming from senior positions in professional service, sport and non-profit industries before joining Karbon in year 1, Lachlan has a proven record of helping businesses grow through results-driven marketing.

Vivek brings more than 15 years of experience building SaaS products, with nearly a decade focused on AI. Prior to joining Karbon, he was Director of AI Product Management at Workday, where he launched several AI-powered capabilities and helped define the company’s generative AI strategy. His work has spanned document intelligence, enterprise search, and frontline AI agents, always with an emphasis on building secure, scalable technology that delivers real customer impact.

Ben works with Vivek on Karbon’s Practice Intelligence and AI Agents. With roots in accounting, he builds tools that help firms work smarter and uncover insights from their data.
