Richard Snell (Karbon) will present for the first time findings from Karbon's study of 700+ accounting firms across the globe, and reveal:

• The critical areas that Australian firms perform best and worst, compared to firms in the UK, US, NZ and Canada.

• The most common stages of a firm's lifecycle (in terms of staff size and age) where firms commonly struggle most.

• The accounting profession 'class gap' that separates the progressives from the laggards

• How you can measure your own firm's strengths and weaknesses, and compare these to others around the globe, in areas of efficiency, strategy, growth and management.
