SAN FRANCISCO, September 24, 2026 — The 2026 UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ list was launched this morning by Great Place To Work® UK, recognising Karbon among the organisations named in the Small & Medium category.

Karbonites reported that the sense of ownership, trust, and connection built into how the team works together is what makes Karbon a great place to work, even across a global workforce spanning the UK, US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the Philippines.

Every person at Karbon acts as an owner and that shows up in how decisions get made and how the team supports one another day-to-day. This marks the third consecutive year Karbon has been named on the list, reflecting a culture Karbonites continue to strengthen as Karbon grows.

In this year's Trust Index™ survey, Karbonites again pointed to that same sense of ownership and camaraderie. As one Karbonite wrote, “People are trusted, supported, and given real opportunities to make an impact.”

Great Place To Work® UK administered their research-backed Trust Index™ employee survey and analyzed the responses of UK-based tech employees to determine the Best Workplaces™ list. The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfillment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organization was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
