Overview

The people in your firm are your most valuable asset, and as your firm grows it becomes increasingly difficult to maintain your firm culture and consistently hire the right people.

This 12 week, 6 lecture series builds on the organization structure and cultural leadership established in Management MGT-101. You will learn how to find, evaluate, onboard, motivate, upskill, and retain top quality people in your office and dispersed across the globe.

Lead by Steph Hinds and Ian Vacin, with guest lectures from firm-culture experts Carla Caldwell and Sharon McClafferty, this course will leave you with the skills you need to grow your team sustainably.

Lectures commence the week of April 30th and run weekly for 12 weeks (time for you). Spaces are limited.
