Darren Glanville — Kandoo

Darren has more than 20 years’ experience helping accounting practices develop strategies and processes to drive efficiencies and profitability. Prior to founding Kandoo, Darren was UK Sales Director for Spotlight Reporting and has worked for Xero, CCH and Sage.

James Ashford — GoProposal and My Accountancy Place

James is Director of thriving UK firm, My Accounting Place, and Founder of GoProposal. Working with leading firms around the world, James helps practices become more profitable and systemize their processes to deliver maximum value and memorable service to their clients.

Jessica Daley — Xcelerate Business Solutions

Jessica started Xcelerate Business Solutions, an offsite accounting firm, when her family needed to raise $10,000 for an adoption. She soon found herself managing too many clients on her own, and began to hire dedicated stay-at-home moms to join her efforts. As a 2016 Firm of the Future Runner Up, you can find her enjoying the business one minute, and being present with her family the next.

Joe Carufe — Two Roads

Formed in 2011, Two Roads was named the Quickbooks Firm of the Future in 2015 thanks to an emphasis on utilizing technology to make their team more efficient, while delivering excellence and simplicity to clients' lives. Joe leads the team in serving awesome clients as well as partnering with software providers, like Karbon, who are building amazing products that make the entire industry better.

Jonny Boström— Deskjockeys

Jonny is a partner and COO / business manager at Deskjockeys in Stockholm, the first company to win the "Future firm of the year" award from the branch organization in Sweden. Deskjockeys always work digital and paperless and have a modern way of leadership—letting staff work when and where they want, and on the platform they prefer. They are always looking for new ways to change their business and IT-support to give the best services to their clients.

Kimberley Middlemis — Adrians Chartered Accounting

Kimberley has been working in public practice for more than 20 years and a business partner at Adrians Chartered Accounting since 2004. Her focus is on helping clients to find more efficient ways of doing business, and she works with a diverse range of industries including professional services, manufacturing, retail, property and start-ups.

Leanne Berry — Love Your Numbers

With more than 20 years of experience helping others achieve their business goals, Leanne has carved a niche that’s lined with diverse qualifications, achievements, awards and experience. As Director of Love Your Numbers, Leanne thrives on problem-solving and education to help clients to derive more from their accounting and management systems.

Steph Hinds — Growthwise

Technologist and founder of accounting firm Growthwise, Steph is on a mission to help accountants collaborate, challenge and learn from each other to shape the future of the accounting industry. She has built a high-performing internal team at Growthwise, testing, measuring and refining what that looks like for accountants.

Tany Titman — Consolid8

Tanya Titman is a business coach, mentor and award-winning accountant with over 20 years of experience.
